Hello! I’m Karen

…founder and creator of Sort Toss Repeat.  I’m so glad you are here and ready to start your organizing journey!

I’m passionate about helping others create and live an organized lifestyle. I’m a wife to my very supportive husband, Joe, and a proud girl-mom to my loving girls, Abigail and Delilah.  Having moved between two states and five houses, organization has always been a priority in our home.

Before becoming a stay-at-home mom, I worked for a Federal Government program that provides assistive technology and accommodation solutions to employees with disabilities.  As a Communication and Outreach Expert, I was responsible for increasing partnership engagement, maximizing outreach efforts, and supporting individuals with disabilities and wounded, ill, and injured service members.  I really enjoyed working one-on-one with clients ensuring they receive the appropriate tools to perform their job duties.

For seven years, my career was very successful and it was the relationships that I cultivated with clients that made my job rewarding. 

As your professional organizer, my goal is to guide, encourage, and educate you on how to achieve your home organization goals, needs, and style.  Time is so valuable and outsourcing your home organization will be the best investment you could ever make.
