School Paper Organization for Virtual Learning and Beyond

The beginning of the new school year is just around the corner for us and in other areas of the country, the 2020-2021 school year has already begun.

This month, we are sharing two paper organization systems to keep all the school papers organized and in one place.

  1. Distance Learning Bin

A new school year always brings lots of school paper into our homes and especially a virtual school year; forms to fill out, instructions, contact information, schedules, logins, passwords, and the worksheets to be completed just to name a few.

In order to make virtual school a lot easier and organized for you, we have created the Distance Learning Bin.  A personalized bin for each student to keep all their school paper in one place.

With a Distance Learning Bin dedicated to each kid, you won’t misplace or lose important papers such as logins and passwords to get connected online for virtual lessons and complete their home projects.  The bin is customized and personalized to each student’s needs and subjects.

The Distance Learning Bin has become an essential paper system organizer for families who are learning remotely this year.  Here is what our clients are saying:

“You are making this beginning school year so much easier. Thank you so much, I love them.”

“This is amazing and can’t wait to organized this year’s school paper to make it easier for my kids to find what they need during virtual school”

“I just picked up my kid’s package from school. the bin can in handy to organize all the paper they gave us”

“Telling all my friends to get this organizer because they need it to have a successful school year”

If you are interested in purchasing your own Distance Learning Bin, contact us and we will customize it for you.

DIY Kits are available for non-locals upon request.

Remember, as we are all navigating through new ways of learning, keeping an organized and creative area is important. Take breaks, create learning zones, get the kids involved, keep a schedule and give yourself some grace, you are doing an amazing job!

2. School Memory Box

The School Memory Box was created for the long term and memory keepsake of kids art work, special projects and important milestones they have achieved throughout their school years.

After trying several memory keepsake systems, the School Memory Box has to be the easiest system to maintain.  Inside the School Memory Box are hanging file folders each dedicated to a grade, starting from Preschool all the way through 12th grade.  The weather tight-box allows you to keep paper without it getting damaged.  The School Memory Box is also personalized to each student’s name and favorite hanging file folder color.

The School Memory Box makes an amazing birthday, babyshower, new parents, preschool graduation gift.  When gifting a School Memory Box, you are giving the gift of time and creating special memories that will last a lifetime.

Creating and maintaining a beautiful, organized and curated School Memory Box of the most special school paperwork for a highschool graduate will be the best gift and your kids will actually enjoy looking back at everything they created.

When it comes to organizing kids school paperwork, make hard decisions, only keep what you love the most.  Remember that if everything is important then nothing is important.
